| 7:30 – 9:30pm | Welcome Session with Jay and Mandi |

| 8:30 – 8:45am | Arrive at Alice's House. Eat breakfast before you arrive. |
| 9:00 – 12:00pm | Session with Jay and Mandi |
| 12:30 – 1:30pm | Lunch together |
| 1:30 or 2 – 4:00pm | Session with Jay and Mandi |
| 4:00 – 6:00pm | Free time |
| 6:00 –7 :00pm | Dinner together |
| 7:00 – 9:00pm or so | Ceilidh: Participants tell stories or sing a song if they choose. |

| 8:30 – 8:45am | Arrive at Alice’s House. Eat breakfast before you arrive. |
| 9:00 – 12:00pm | Session with Jay and Mandi |
| 12:00 – 1:00pm | Lunch together |
| 1:00 – 2:00pm | Closing with Jay and Mandi |
***Please be aware that Friday night traffic from Boston can be terrible. You can come as early as 2:00pm on Friday and enjoy the house and beach. |
